We offer same-day shipping Monday through Friday for all orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, provided that weather or other unforeseen events do not prevent timely fulfillment. Orders placed after this cutoff time or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Preorder Shipments
Preorders will ship on or around the date listed at the time of purchase. In the event of any delays, email updates will be sent via the Shopify email system. Please ensure that you opt in for email notifications to stay informed about your preorder status and general order updates.
3. Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times
We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered promptly. Estimated delivery times will depend on the carrier and service level selected at checkout. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
4. Route Package Protection
We offer Route Package Protection to provide additional peace of mind for your order. If you choose to opt out of this service, you acknowledge that your package will not be covered by additional insurance beyond the default coverage provided by the shipping carrier, if applicable. Any claims for lost or damaged items must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
6. International Shipping

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other reasons beyond our control, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
