Refund policy
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products in the TCG (Trading Card Game) industry, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any sealed items once they have been shipped. This policy helps maintain the integrity and value of the items we sell.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Summitcardsandcollectibles@gmail.com with the subject line “Order Issue – ORDER #…”. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage or discrepancy along with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and the situation.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fees incurred at the time of the original transaction. To cancel your order, email Summitcardsandcollectibles@gmail.com with the subject line: “CANCEL ORDER #…”.
Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
To ensure the protection of both the buyer and seller, we reserve the right to contest any chargeback disputes where there is evidence that the terms of this policy have been violated or where we have acted in good faith to resolve a legitimate issue. Any fraudulent chargebacks will result in being permanently banned from making future purchases.
Final Sale Items
All sales of raw/single cards, graded cards, Japanese cards, and English cards are considered final. Please review listings carefully, and feel free to reach out with any questions prior to purchasing.
